How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard UK delivery takes 3-7 business days. Express delivery (1-3 business days) is available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — all orders over £35 qualify for free standard UK delivery. Orders under £35 have a flat delivery fee of £3.99.

Can I return a product?

Absolutely. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange a free return for faulty or incorrect items.

Are your products safe and quality tested?

Yes. All products on Elite Supply are reviewed for safety, quality and value before listing. Products are CE marked where required and comply with UK consumer safety standards.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to trace your parcel in real time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can amend or cancel it. Please contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. Once dispatched, you can return the item under our standard returns policy.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship to all UK mainland addresses including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. International shipping is not available at this time.
